In case of damaged and unusable product upon delivery, simply send an email to customer service: info@greenverseworld.com, including the order number and the name used during the purchase in the subject.

The products must be packaged and wrapped according to the same criteria used during our shipment to the sender. If necessary, 3 photos must be sent to prove that the product is still intact and unused.

In case of return, the product in question must be returned no later than 30 days after arrival.

The return will be the responsibility of the customer through the logistics chains present in the area.
